The Social Planner inside of the Marketing Option, allows you to schedule posts to social platforms like Facebook, Google My Business, Instagram and more. By using this you can leverage your team members and the system to stay organized and generate more traffic in your store.
The social planner is such a great tool with several features. To use it, you have to connect your accounts first. This is done by going to the social planner and then connecting your social logins. If you do not see the option in the top right corner, you will see the COG wheel, click on this, and you will see the options to connect the missing accounts. You will also notice one tab over (in a screenshot below), you can set notifications to notify you when the account have been un-synced and need resynced.
How to Resync Accounts in the Social Planner
1. First go to the social planner, then click on the COG wheel.
2 Next you will see the options to reconnect, simply click on the connect button, and start connecting the accounts.
How to Set Email Notifications to Remind You to Reconnect Social Accounts
1. Go to the Marketing option, social planner, and then click on the COG Wheel
2. Then Go to the Notifications tab, and you will be able to follow the prompts to reconnect.
